My Growth Hacking Boot Camp & Consulting – at a glance

I recently started offering growth hacking boot camps and tailored seminars for organizations looking to leverage new digital tools and techniques.  In case you are curious, I would be happy to provide some tips here in the discussion thread and perhaps schedule a follow on meeting with your company or organization to go into more detail.

Growth Hacking Boot Camp & Tailored Consulting for Campaigns, Startups & Agencies

This is a one day or one evening, hands on seminar for your company leadership, campaign staff or organizational team to get comfortable with the following growth hacking tools, drastically improving your growth and effectiveness. Requirements: each team member should have a wifi capable laptap and mouse with sufficient desk space, plus a mobile device. The ideal environment is a small computer lab with full wall projection. We will cover the following (and more):

  • Spreading the word, knowing who the information nodes are
  • Getting endorsements
  • Partitioning groups
  • Mailchimp, Awebber, Constant Contact, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other mass communications tools
  • Boomerang, Rapportive, Unroll.me, Text Expanders, and other email management tools
  • Content Creation & Optimization
  • Visual content versus text only
  • Video content versus image and gif
  • Google Hangouts on Air, Skype, Blab, Periscope, Meercat, GotoMeeting, Fuze, Zoom, and other webinar/VTC platforms
  • GoAnimate, Fiverr.com, Canva.com and resources for visual content creation
  • (“The Trump effect”)
  • Multicasting
  • Trello, Basecamp, Avana, Podio, and other project management software options
  • Crowdtilt, Indiegogo, Kickstarter, and other crowdsourcing options
  • Eventbrite, Facebook Events, Paperless Post, Social Tables, and other event management options
  • Thunderclap for meme forcing
  • Newsle for social PR awareness
  • Voxer, Slack, Google Keep and Trello for internal group communications and asynchronous meetings

If any of this seems interesting or relevant, I would love to discuss it.  I can facilitate a full day session on a weekend, or an evening session during the week.  I usually run this boot camp as an applied practicum, so your office can actually knock out some real work during the session and learn some new skills while doing it.
